Katheryn Brauckmann LCSW Founder and Director (She/Her)
While the early chapters of your life may have been heavy, they do not define your whole story. You have the power to write what happens next.
I see your life as a narrative shaped by everything you’ve carried—the trauma, the grief, and the complex weight of past relationships. My approach is compassionate and grounded in "real talk." I am here to help you navigate those moments where the weight of adulthood and the ghosts of the past feel too much to handle alone.
Healing from relationship trauma is a journey of rediscovering who you are and what you actually need to feel whole. My goal is to help you pinpoint the cycles holding you back so you can find your authentic voice and live intentionally. You deserve a life free from the echoes of what was—let’s make your next chapter one of strength and true authenticity.

Jessica DiIenno LCSW, RPT Founder and Director (She/Her)
Maybe you need a listening ear, or a safe place to explore a stressor/trauma in your life. Or maybe you need help setting goals and next steps. Whatever the case may be, I tailor my approach to meet you where you are and what works best for you. Sometimes that means talking, sometimes it means exploring your inner world through art, music, or play, and sometimes it means having space to just feel your feelings.

Rebecca Jones LCSW (she/her)
Moving from "big emotions" to a place of control can feel like a heavy lift, but you don’t have to do it alone. I specialize in working with teens and young adults to bridge the gap between feeling overwhelmed and finding balance. Together, we’ll develop practical coping skills to help you process intense feelings and stay in control of your reactions.
I believe growth starts with safety. My practice is a judgment-free zone where trust and vulnerability are protected. I’m here to provide the supportive environment you need to heal, grow, and take back the lead in your own life. I look forward to beginning this journey with you.
