How I Can Help Your life is like a book made up of everything you’ve been through. Some chapters are heavy, others full of hope—but none of them define the whole story. I offer a compassionate, down-to-earth space to help you heal from trauma, anxiety, and life's messy moments so you can take back your voice, build unshakeable confidence in who you are, and write your next chapter with clarity and courage.
My Approach to Therapy Therapy with me is a mix of real talk, deep work, and—sometimes—laughter. I use evidence-based tools while keeping the focus on your whole self: mind, heart, and gut. My goal is to support you fully while gently challenging the patterns that hold you back, creating a safe space where you can learn who you are, figure out what you need, and practice asking for it.
Beyond the Therapy Room: When I’m not in the office, you’ll usually find me catching live music at concerts, burning off energy in MMA class, crocheting, or reading. I love to people watch and laugh with my friends as much as possible!

How I can help: Your story is shaped by everything you’ve lived through—the relationships, experiences, losses, and moments that have made you who you are. Some parts may be painful, confusing, or simply hard to carry on your own. I offer a warm, supportive space for children, teens, adults, and families to work through trauma, anxiety, difficult relationships, and life’s complicated moments. Together, we can make sense of what you’ve been through, reconnect with who you are, and find a way forward that feels more like you.
My approach to therapy: My approach is collaborative and grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your own life. Rather than simply focusing on symptoms, I want to understand the bigger picture: your relationships, experiences, strengths, environment, and the ways you have learned to cope. I believe clients come to therapy when they need it, and trust that they will set a pace that they are comfortable with. I empower clients to trust themselves and see their strengths. Sometimes this means we are using creative outlets, humor, and play to process through the hardest stuff.
Beyond therapy room: In my free time I like to spend time with my three kids and my cats! I like to do crafts, hike, spend time near water, and read. One of my greatest joys is to walk alongside friends through our life journey and laugh at all the unexpected twists along the way!

How I Can Help: Life can feel overwhelming at times, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, self-esteem, or major life transitions, I strive to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions. Together, we’ll build practical coping skills, strengthen resilience, and work toward meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
My Approach to Therapy: I believe therapy is a collaborative process built on trust, authenticity, and compassion. Every person has a unique story, and I tailor treatment to meet each client’s individual needs and goals. My approach combines evidence-based techniques with genuine connection, helping clients gain insight, develop healthier coping strategies, and feel empowered to create the life they want. My goal is to ensure every client feels seen, valued, and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.
Beyond the Therapy Room: Outside of counseling, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, listening to music, taking long drives, and finding opportunities to recharge through life’s simple moments. These experiences remind me of the importance of balance, connection, and self-care—values I also encourage in my work with client

How I Can Help Stress and trauma live in the body just as much as the mind. I help you understand your nervous system, connect the dots between past experiences and present patterns, and gain practical tools for deep, lasting healing—all without the pressure to "fix" who you are.
My Approach to Therapy My approach is integrative, collaborative, and individualized to your unique needs. I believe you are the expert on your own experience, and my goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you feel genuinely understood. Together, we look at the whole person—not just symptoms or diagnoses—so you can explore your patterns, process difficult experiences, and build strategies that actually work for you.
Beyond the Therapy Room Outside of counseling, I stay grounded by crocheting, playing video games, and spending time outdoors hiking. These activities keep me connected to the importance of leaving space in life for both healing and joy.
