How I can help:

Your story is shaped by everything you’ve lived through—the relationships, experiences, losses, and moments that have made you who you are. Some parts may be painful, confusing, or simply hard to carry on your own. I offer a warm, supportive space for children, teens, adults, and families to work through trauma, anxiety, difficult relationships, and life’s complicated moments. Together, we can make sense of what you’ve been through, reconnect with who you are, and find a way forward that feels more like you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your own life. Rather than simply focusing on symptoms, I want to understand the bigger picture: your relationships, experiences, strengths, environment, and the ways you have learned to cope.  I believe clients come to therapy when they need it, and trust that they will set a pace that they are comfortable with. I empower clients to trust themselves and see their strengths.  Sometimes this means we are using creative outlets, humor, and play to process through the hardest stuff.

Beyond therapy room:

In my free time I like to spend time with my three kids and my cats! I like to do crafts, hike, spend time near water, and read. One of my greatest joys is to walk alongside friends through our life journey and laugh at all the unexpected twists along the way
